2 - CHECK WEEKLY MEAL PREP MENU
We provide fresh, healthy, and tasty meal plans. To ensure variety, we update the menu on a weekly basis. If you have any specific dietary allergies, please let us know by mentioning them in the questionnaire form.
3 - PLACE YOUR ORDER FOR THE UPCOMING WEEK
Place your order for the desired number of meals you'd like for the upcoming week. Once you've made your payment and submitted the meal prep order form, your order will be confirmed via text and email.
4 - ORDER DEADLINE
Meal prep order cut-off is every Friday at midnight.
5 - DELIVERY
Our chefs prepare all meals fresh on the day of delivery. We will notify you as soon as your meals have been delivered.
Delivery Schedule:
Sunday: Between 9am-2pm (Each delivery is 3 days worth of meals)
Wednesday : Between 9am-2pm (Each delivery is 3 days worth of meals)
6 - DELIVERY BAG POLICY
To ensure that meals stay fresh and at the right temperature, we provide clients with thermal bags containing gel packs. These bags can maintain the desired temperature for approximately 4-5 hours. It is important for each client to exchange all the bags and gel packs during the next day's delivery to avoid any additional charges.
7 - FOOD SAFETY
At Healthy & Fresh Mia, we prioritize the safety of our customers with regards to allergens. Our meals are prepared in a facility that handles various allergens, including nuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten, and others. While we take rigorous measures to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we want to be transparent that we cannot guarantee the complete absence of it.
Our team strictly follows protocols, maintains thorough cleaning procedures, and receives proper training in allergen handling. By choosing our service, you acknowledge and agree that while we take all necessary precautions, there is still a possibility of allergen exposure and understand that Healthy & Fresh Mia cannot be held responsible for any resulting allergic reactions.
